We are not the property owner, landlord, or lessor, and we do not sell or lease property on our own behalf. Any availability, pricing, terms, and contract conditions depend on the relevant owner/landlord or other third parties.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advisory/selection support; however, we cannot control decisions by owners/landlords, their responsiveness, or the terms they propose.

6. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, corestratalab.com and its owners, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from third-party actions or inactions (including owners/landlords and service providers).
• Any delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies caused by external information sources.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Personal data

If you submit data through the website (including leads/contact requests or analytics), we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian requirements and with appropriate transparency. Please review our privacy information where available.

8. Language requirement
